I spent some time on the Samsung site but I when I navigated to the i300 support page it said there were no files available. Anyone have any ideas for this?

I have had a Samsung I300 for about 3 years, use it daily. I use the software that came with my Zire 71, Tungsten C or Tungsten T. All of those Palm Desktop software programs are available on the palmOne website. Just download the latest version - no problems.
